Step 1
Assessment: Before I build your plan, we will meet or live-chat so I can do an extensive assessment of your fitness level and needs.
Step 2
Goal Setting: Based on your assessments, I will help you to build attainable and specific goals to get you where you want to be.
Step 3
Plan Design: I will build you a personal plan to help you accomplish your goals. Stronger, fitter, more flexible, faster, and more durable. Each month you will receive a plan from me, which we will adapt and revise weekly based on consultations.
Step 4
Feedback: We will have an appointment each week to revisit goals, discuss progress, get motivated and make adjustments to the plan.
