Private Sessions

Contact me to set up an assessment then plan a month of private sessions.  Let me know where you workout and I'll meet you there, or if you're not sure I set up a workout space.  

Your first complimentary session will be a series of assessments and goal setting.  We will be prepared to hit the ground running on your plan.  

By working with you in person, one-on-one I can monitor your movement, intensity, exertion and motivation, to most effectively train you.   

Plans are designed for a month and include strength, flexibility, agility, and educational resources to enrich the quality of your workouts, and help you reach your goals.  You will receive a plan with workouts for those days you do not work with me personally.  Each session is efficiently planned to last 1 hour in duration.
