Race Specific Training

Your race plan is based on a comprehensive fitness assessment and includes 3 months of workouts leading up to your A race. You will have access to all workouts online and receive personalized feedback and weekly consultations.

Road Race
No matter the distance I can train you to complete and compete on the road. 5K, 10K, 1/2 marathon, 25K, full marathon, ultra marathon.

Triathlon
From Sprint to full Ironman distance I can train you for serious multi-sport.

Trail Race
Take it into the wild, run the forest trails with confidence, at any distance.
Race Plans are $15 per week and sent to you on Sunday of each week
